Overview
Let's Magnify Health and Physical Education, (Classes 6 to 12) series as an interdisciplinary approach promotes three broad areas, i.e. Health Education, Physical Education and Yoga thereby striving to achieve intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual health as well. The series further stresses the need to follow a healthy lifestyle among adolescents and reaffirms the relevance of games and sports. The detailed, in-depth and well-researched content on traditional games and 'Track and Field' events renders a complete knowledge of the subject at all levels. The content is carefully designed and framed keeping in mind a large variety of concepts varying from good hygiene, deficiency diseases, mental wellness, psychological issues, adolescent issues, the importance of yoga and many more. The series aims to enable the students to attain an optimum state of health from all perspectives, thereby building higher self-esteem which in turn transforms them into confident global citizens.
